Ingredients
200g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
15g Karihome Goat Whole Milk Powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
160g castor sugar
150g brown sugar
225g unsalted butter, softened
57g egg
1½ tsp vanilla extract
250g chocolate chips
50g cranberries, chopped roughly
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the plain flour, Karihome Goat Whole Milk Powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to mix well. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, whisk butter and sugars.
Add in the egg and vanilla and continue to whisk until fully incorporated.
Add in the flour mixture and mix until flour mixture is fully incorporated.
Add in the chocolate chips and cranberries and mix evenly.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough and place it 2" apart.
Chill for 30 mins to firm up.
Preheat oven to 190℃.
Bake for 10 - 13 mins.
Leave cookies on baking sheet for 10 mins before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
