Karihome Goat Whole Milk Cake With Chocolate

 

Ingredients:

 

2 eggs

150g sugar

55g oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

120g cake flour

1 tsp baking powder

a pinch of salt

110ml water

16g Karihome Goat Whole Milk Powder

60g butter

 

1 tsp chocolate emulco

 

Preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 170℃.  Lined and greased an 8.5" loaf pan

 

Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil until well combined.  

 

Sift in the cake flour, baking powder, and salt and fold well.  Set aside.

 

Boil Karihome Goat Whole Milk Powder and butter until butter is dissolved.

 

Immediately, pour into the egg mixture and fold gently until well combined

 

Pour 2/3 of the batter into the pan and add the chocolate emulco to the remaining batter.

 

Pour the remaining batter on top of the vanilla batter into three spots.  

 

Bake for 30 - 35 mins.

 

Cover and let it cool.

 

Remove from mould and slice.

 

Enjoy with a glass of Karihome Whole Milk Powder!

 

Alternative: you can substitute vanilla with coffee by adding 1 tsp of instant coffee powder with Karihome Goat Whole Milk Powder when boiling with butter.
